Research on Ethanol Coupling to Prepare C4 Olefins Based on BP Neural Network and Cluster Analysis

Ethanol, as a clean energy source, is an ideal raw material for the preparation of C4 olefins, but there are few studies on olefins by coupling ethanol. This research based data from Question B 2021 Chinese Contemporary Undergraduate Mathematical Contest in Modeling. The researchers firstly perform interpolation and visualization processing original data. Secondly, two-dimensional analysis, we cluster different catalyst combinations; divide influencing factors into temperature, Co/SiO2 HAP loading ratio, Co loading, ethanol concentration; construct quaternary linear regression equation that affects conversion rate olefin selectivity. Finally, according to three-dimensional spatial analysis using BP neural network model training data, obtain under conditions method I, combination type 200 mg 0.5 wt% Co/SiO2-200 HAP-ethanol concentration 0.9 ml/min temperature 450°C, yield can reach maximum. study provides new ideas methods
